Claudia Rae LaFosse, 71 of Sulphur passed away on May 2, 2012 in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sulphur with Rev. Aubrey Guilbeau officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 4, 2012 from 3-9 p.m. at Robison Funeral Home with a scripture reading at 6 p.m. and a rosary at 7 p.m. and will resume visitation on Saturday at 9 a.m. at the church until time of service.

Claudia was a native of Estherwood, LA and a longtime Sulphur resident. She worked for McFillen Rental Car Company and later was a substitute teacher at R. W. Vincent School. Claudia was a member of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Claudia is survived by her husband of 54 years, Bobby LaFosse of Sulphur; three daughters, Gwen Foster and husband, Fred of DeRidder; Debra Highsmith and husband, Audie of CA; Lori Hagan and husband, Jamie of Sulphur; son, Michael LaFosse and wife, Stephanie of Moss Bluff; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother; and sister.
