Daniel Wilson Carrier

January 29, 1958 ~ April 26, 2018

Daniel Wilson Carrier, 60, of Sulphur passed away on April 26, 2018 in a local hospital. He was born in Sulphur and a lifelong resident of Sulphur. Daniel enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing.

Daniel is survived by his wife of 39 years, Catherine Denise Carrier; two children, Casey Angele’ Carrier and Caleb Daniel Carrier all of Sulphur; 1 grandchild, Alexis Nicole Bega; his  mother, Vivian Eva Carrier; 3 siblings, Don Carrier, Debra Boroughs, and Denise Carrier. He was preceded in death by his father, Wilson Joseph Carrier.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 11:30 A.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home with Father Andrews Kollannoor, M.S. officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 9:30 A.M. until time of the service. After the service cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.

  3. So sorry to hearing of Danny's passing, I last saw him at my brother's funeral, Gary Smith, back in 2010. He was so comforting to my family and was a real genuine friend. Praying for the family.

  7. Sorry for the loss of your loved one. At times like this it can be hard to lose people we care about, but just know that God sees death as the enemy 1 Corinthian 15:26 and he has resurrected people in the past and the Bible gives 8 instances to give us comfort here is one John 11:39-44. God is the creator of life Psalms 3 6:9 so he is capable of restoring life to our loved ones so take comfort that you will see your loved one again. The ultimate explanation from God is why we die the Bible answers this at Genesis 3:17-19 and Romans 5:12
