Martha Martin Breaux

Martha Martin Breaux , born on February 22, 1940, 72 of DeQuincy, passed away on February 28, 2012 in her residence. Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church in Sulphur with Father Jim Winiarski officiating. Burial will be held in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. at Robison Funeral Home with a rosary at 7 p.m. and will resume on Friday at the funeral home at 8 a.m. until time of service. Martha was a native and a longtime resident of Sulphur. After graduating from Sulphur High, she married and started a family. She was a Volunteer Adult Leader of 4H in Calcasieu Parish. Martha was a member of Our Lady of LaSatette Catholic Church where she was a member of the Legion of Mary and a religious educator. Martha was also a Board Member of Cal-Cam Fair. Martha is survived by her husband, Ray Breaux of DeQuincy; two daughters, Martha Martie Bourque and husband, Kenny of Welsh, and Pam Richard and husband, Terry of DeQuincy; son, Manny Breaux of Sulphur; five sisters, Lois Guidry and husband, William of Sulphur, Betty Wroten and husband, Bill of Minden, LA, Mary Frances Richard and husband, Leroy of Iowa, LA, Glenda Richard and husband, Aron of Sulphur and Polly Mitchell of Carlyss; two brothers, Leo Martin Jr. and wife, Eva of Sulphur and Bobby Martin and wife, Judy of LeVerne, TN; six grandchildren, Martin Bourque, Ann Nunez, Mandie Bourque, Ross Ryan Richard, Tyler Breaux and Brandon Breaux; and three great grandchildren, Brynlee Nunez, Breck Nunez and Paisley Grace Breaux.

  3. Ray,Martie,Pam and Manny I am so sorry for the lost of ya'lls wife,mom,grandmother. She was a very special lady. If there is anything I can do please call. Paula and I are gonna try and make the funeral tommorrow. I have to work 3-9p tonight.
